Our Location

The Nueva Medina Complex is located in the Burganville area of Vera-Playa, close to the Laguna. There are plenty of facilities around the apartment, including 3 small supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a pharmacy. Larger supermarkets, like a Mercadona, Consum and Lidl are all within a 5-10 minute drive. 

It is a lovely 30 minute walk along the sea front to the fishing town of Garrucha, where you will find a charming harbour, more shops and plenty of restaurants. Playgrounds for kids can be found along the way and in Garrucha.

A minute from the apartment, you can find a bus stop with buses going to Garrucha, as well a Mojacar. 

Centro  Deportivo Puerto Rey is an easy walk from the apartment where you can find a heated swimming pool for the cooler months, a driving range, kids activities and lovely food.
